ATV ORDINANCE
The Town Board of Hiles does hereby ordain as follows: Section 1. The following roads in the Town of Hiles
are open to ATV'S:
This does not include Private Roads or plowed Forest Service Roads Section 2. ATVs that operate on the aforementioned
roads shall abide by all state laws regulating ATV operation including the
following: A. Operate in the extreme right hand portion of the traveled part of the road and single file. B. Speed limit not to exceed 25 m.p.h., EXCEPT within 200 feet of a
driveway, a residence or of a pedestrian when the speed SHALL NOT exceed
10 m.p.h. Section 3. The aforesaid ATV routes shall be open for
ATV operation at all times. Section 4. The establishment of this ordinance is for
the convenience of the ATV public only, and the Town Board of the Town of
Hiles makes no warranty express or implied that the aforesaid routes are
safe for ATV operation. Section 5. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
